In Jeremiah 3 Jesus says, that He put her (Israel) away and gave her a certificate of divorce because she had been playing the harlot. it has been so easy for me to forget that Christ is my husband. And sadly enough, I have not been treating him like the Lover of my soul. vs.14 says, Return, O backsliding children. For I am married to you. Coby, pay attention to this next part...He goes on to say that He will take you, one from a city and give you a shepherds according to His heart,( I Love that) who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.
