Salad: baby greens, red, orange, yellow, and green belle peppers, strawberries, mixed nuts, dried cranberries, alfalfa sprouts and squeezed blackberries.

So what exactly makes something "Raw" - not cooked? or processed? things that grow naturally?... is cinnamon raison bread "Raw"? I have questions(:

Yes. Yes. Yes. and Yes. The Ezekiel break is baked in a different way... i guess. - and it's made from sprouts and not flour. Raw Foodists only consume living food. things can be "cooked",but can only reach 180 degrees. anything over 180 is considered dead food.
