So today i started to eat raw. one of my friends is a trainer and she had been talking about it... sounded interesting so now im doing it. I know i am shocking at least one of you out there. probably Cryn. she is always surprised when i eat something different. hahah! like the one time i had duck or the time i ate vegetarian... for lunch...threw her whole day completely off. ha! moving on...
Breakfast: orange
Lunch: lettuce wrap with and avocado cream sauce,cucumers, tomatoes, and onions... (man. i wish i had sprouts... i need to go to TJ's), dried cranberries, almonds and some other nuts, and alkaline water... KACHOW!

no i wont cause i am only doing it one week a month to get my body used to it.. and you just happen to be down when i can eat meat so there...
