sewing blue
Lately, I have been somewhat lackadaisical in my relationship with Jesus. Sad to say, i know. My heart was almost hardened toward the Lord's voice. God will not always strive with man, the Bible says, and though I never turned my back on the Lord, there were times recently when I just didn't care to hear the Lord's voice. Shocking I know... I am human! I just kept praying, Lord, increase my faith in You! Increase my Love for you! sometimes I can get so distracted. Lately I have been wanting to sew blue on the hem of all my clothing like the israelites did in the old testament. I need to remember Heaven!

and there were tacos..
today i went down to sammy's camera to rent a SB 800 flash. I needed to practice for a wedding I'm going to assist in this weekend (in mexico). I have never shot with flash before but we became buddies fairly quickly. As the days go on I'm sure our friendship will grow even more! ... yes, i do realize i am talking about an inanimate object.
side note: inanimate is a really weird word.
head pieces

while browsing the bridal world i came across these lovely head pieces from twigs&honey... check 'em out. they've got fauna and flora and everything in-between.
Go outside
I'm not sure if you are all aware of this but... It's RAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!

a lovely day with cole

cole was finally released from the hospital yesterday... praise God! he still wont be able to eat solids for a long while but we're just glad he is alive. please continue to pray for his health as the doctors are thinking about trying to bring him back to the hospital. though he is now at home. he still has to go to the doctor to get his blood drawn every couple of hours (to make sure his levels are okay). cole is currently on blood thinners, and some kind of treatment that is stronger than chemotherapy but allows him to keep his hair. :) PRAY! PRAY! PRAY!
